Hello & welcome, Reader,

Before we get to your subscriber-only perks, I want to let you know that this week's Friday Finds blog post is live and packed full of goodness. Don't miss all the fun stuff. Click here to read the post. I'll share this link again so you don't miss it.

I know many Indie Authors subscribe to this email. Please know that you can send me any news you have and I can include it in this space and in the weekly blog post.

On a side note, if you send me something and it doesn't appear the next week's post....please send me a reminder. Sometimes, notes get lost or buried. I'm trying to be more organized, but that's not really my strong suit!

Since today's blog post featured young adult books. I thought I would share a couple of different genres with you.

World War 2 historical fiction is not a genre I turn to often. Regency-era books are more my go-to. However, a friend of mine features WW2-era tales frequently, and she often tempts me with her great reviews. If that is something you are interested in, please visit ReadingLadies.com. I think you will love it.

Jessica Adams is offering readers a chance to read some of her delightful children's books FREE until March 9th. Please check them out at this link: https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/TheUndergroundToySociety

Today (March 8) is the release day for author NS Ford's latest book, Hall of Hauntings: Spooky Stories! Please take a look & see if it's perfect for you.

And remember to leave a review for any books you read. It doesn't have to be long, detailed, or elaborate. Every review helps!

Today, I'm featuring St. Patrick's Day dinner recipes. Be sure to check out the blog post for a delicious Potato, Broccoli, and Cheddar Soup and a traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage recipe for the crock pot or the instant pot.

This is a Steak & Potato Pie recipe I found on The Pioneer Woman's website. I think I may give this one a try.

"Savory meat pies are a pub favorite in Ireland, and this variation is packed with Irish flavor. The filling consists of beef, potatoes, veggies, and even Guinness beer. The homemade crust is flaky, buttery, and studded with fresh chives to enhance that savory flavor further." Ree

The Elderberry Bunnies made an appearance on the weekly Friday Finds Blog Post today. They are just so adorable!

Since knitting & St. Patrick's Day are the theme this week, here is another pattern I really like. It's simple yet fun for every level of knitter.

The answer to last week's trivia question is:

In Mexican cuisine, tamales are a traditional dish made from masa dough filled with various ingredients such as meat, cheese, or vegetables, wrapped in corn husks, and steamed.

This week's question is:

What is the term for a decorative technique of inlaying pieces of wood, metal, ivory, or other materials into a wood surface?

All correct comments on the blog post will be entered into the March giveaway. So pop on over to the blog post & leave your answer in the comments. (Email newsletter subscribers get double entries!)

That's it for this week's news. Let me know what you liked best by replying to this email or commenting on the website.

I hope you have a fabulous week, and I'll talk to you soon!

Peace & Love

Gina

Well, this email is late getting to you. Let me explain why… I got behind this week for a very good reason. I took a day off on Wednesday to pick the grandkids up from early school dismissal. Then, we met my daughter and her grandbaby (my great-grandbaby!!) for lunch. Tom and I had such a great time. The older kids are so funny. The baby is happy and, at a year old, really getting to that fun, interactive stage. It should be fine, I thought. I would still have Thursday to finish the Friday...
